Bulent Temel, Ph.D.
Bulent Temel is an associate professor of political economics, and a co-director at Cambridge Institute for Dialectical Studies. Prior to academics, he has worked for nine years as a financier for Edward Jones Investments (Carlsbad, CA) and Army & Air Force Exchange Service (Dallas, TX & Bedford, MA). Temel's research interests are in political macroeconomics, neoinstitutionalism, third sector institutions and dialectical inquiry. Dr. Temel is the editor, most recently, of Cooperatives in Context: Two Countries, Two Outcomes (Cambridge Institute Publications, 2016) and The Great Catalyst: European Union Project and Lessons from Greece and Turkey (Lexington Books, 2013), and an editorial board member of the International Journal of Human Rights and Constitutional Studies based in Zurich, Switzerland.
